چکیده

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the benefits of implementing System Wide Information Management (SWIM) in order to provide the necessary platform for sending and managing the exchange of aviation information between Iran and MIDANPIRG members. This helps to achieve the goals and programs specified by ICAO for improving Air Traffic Management (ATM) requirements to increase the level of safety and establish effective and efficient management to exchange global aviation information at the MIDANPIRG level. In this regard, it is also possible to implement programs to exchange common aviation information between all users of aviation information, including ICAO Middle East countries and other countries with international flights, as well as airlines, meteorological organizations, and other aviation service providers and receivers.
