Each One of the medical topics that may be important and practical for all of the medical doctors and dentists, is the discussion of numerous changes in the oral symptoms of patients and the ones with Covid-۱۹ that refer to dental offices. Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus until this date, we have seen mutations and changes in various symptoms including skin and mucosal lesions such as papules, urticaria, purpura and erythema multiform, however, no specific or widespread impact on the effect of coronavirus on oral symptoms has been observed. The aim of this study is to investigate the specific symptoms of Covid-۱۹ disease in the mouth and teeth, which can be identified Covid-۱۹ patients and start timely treatment of patients. The statistical population is ۸۰۰ people including all patients and referrals which have been admitted to the clinic for ۳ months since February ۲۰۲۰. Method of collecting interview information and observation is direct. In the following ,۸ patients were examined by a study ofspecific symptoms. Significant oral and dental symptoms were found in this clinical study in winter of ۲۰۲۰, including observing purulent nodules in the throat area, discoloration of the patient's lips and cleft lip cheilosis, discoloration and fading of the taste buds of the tongue and loss of taste ageusia, dry mouth Xerostomia, gingivitis inflammation and irritation in keratinized tissues. Also in the fall of ۲۰۲۰ studies, due to the corona virus mutation, new changes were included in the signs.
