چکیده

Today, the presence of transformational leaders in organizations is important for improving job performance, job satisfaction of staff and organizational commitment. The study aimed to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on job performance in the university through organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive in nature. In this study, ۱۹۶ questionnaires containing a five-point Likert scale were collected from the staff of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch. The results were performed by using SPSS۲۲ and Smart PLS۳ software. As a result, the transformational leadership has a positive effect on job performance of staff, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, as well as the job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on job performance in Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch; Job satisfaction and organizational commitment play a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance.
