Acceptance and management of technology in the agricultural sector according to the level of education, age and distance to work (Case study of Maharashtra, India)

Today, human societies are at the turning point of the revolution of new technologies, which brought about dramatic changes in the way agricultural activities took place. The convergence of three technologies (information and communication technology, biotechnology and nanotechnology) is the main axis of technological advances in the present age. The workplace is in Maharashtra, India. This research is of survey type (field) and the general method of this research is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study includes all gardeners working in Maharashtra region. The number of these people is ۳۲۰۰ and according to the standards of Cochran's formula in this research, ۳۴۳ people are selected as members of the statistical sample. The tool used in the research The questionnaires were standard and the reliability of the instrument was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its value for each component was higher than ۰.۷, which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire. Findings show that the level of education, age and distance to work with the seven components of farmers' views on the impact of technology, measuring awareness of technology benefits, technology adaptation to farmers' needs, technological complexity of technologies, farmers' views on The case of attitudes related to land protection, communication channels and the application of technology has a positive and significant relationship..
