چکیده مقاله:

The main purpose of this study is to introduce and replace safe, effective and inexpensive drugs instead of chemical drugs such as malachite green, formalin and potassium permanganate, which have their own risks and practical and logistical problems. Twenty-five shrimp samples were randomly sampled from ۳ shrimp farms in each pool. Sterile swabs were sampled from the cuticle surface and gills and cultured on sabrodextrose agar medium and the fungi were allowed to grow for one week. After the primary fungi had grown in sabrode dextrose, first the fungal colony was numbered, then some of each colony was placed on a slide and a drop of cyanobactene naphthalene naphthalene was poured on it and laminate was placed on it. Plates containing saprolegnia were removed. The minimum growth inhibitor concentration or MIC (minimum inhibitor concentration) of Origanum majorana extract on saprolegnia at concentrations of ۵۰%, ۶۰% was ۲.۵ mg / ml and at concentrations of ۷۰% and ۸۰% was ۰.۷. Mg / ml was calculated. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the active substance and the concentration of extracts, so that the higher the concentration of extracts, the less effective substance is needed to create the minimum inhibitory concentration, and vice versa. The higher the concentration of the extracts, the less active ingredient is needed to create the minimum lethal concentration, and vice versa.
