In the following, we will introduce the tools for the mentioned purpose One of the strategies for governments to combat the Covid-۱۹ pandemic is Advocacy. To Advocacy in combating the Covid-۱۹ pandemic, the government can use the media, build coalitions, use information, analyze budgets, consult with decision-makers, organize and mobilize grassroots, and use the legal system.
