چکیده مقاله:

"Stress" is a phenomenon that can affect almost all neurological and endocrine activities, so that theresults of stress-induced changes "can upset the balance of homeostasis and lead to disorders of theimmune system."To be.The effects of "stress" through the sympathetic nerves and the hypothalamicnerve branch of the pituitary gland stimulate the adrenal gland and lead to increased secretion ofglucocorticosteroidhormones.Thesehormonesplayanimportantroleinreducingtheimmunesystem'sresponses.The mechanism of immune responses appears to occur by preventing the secretion of ۱-Thlymphocytesbyblockingthesecretionofinterleukin-۲,interleukin-۱۲,andinterferon-gamma.
