چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study is to provide new strategies for success in the YOS exam using the doctrine of Master Darbandi. The present study is an applied and methodically exploratory research. The statistical population of this research is ۱۰ YOS professors in Iran and Turkey. The sampling method is total and the number of samples is ۱۰ people. In this study, the required data were collected using a pairwise comparison questionnaire and the respondents scored eachof the questions (criteria) from ۱ to ۹. Thus, the questionnaire was designed with ۲۲ questions (criteria) in the form of ۴ variables (solutions). In this study, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the incompatibility rate was used to determine the reliability.Given that this rate is higher than ./۱that shows its reliability. Then, the questions were examined through entropy and Vikor to weight and prioritize the variables with Vikor software.According to the researcher doctrine in planning, counseling and educational services of YOS exams, these strategies are in the form of four variables: using mental and emotional strategies, using coaching and mentoring strategies, using educational strategies and using support and service strategies. Was categorized. Then, indicators related to these variables were proposed and then questioned and commented on from the perspective of YOS professors in Iran and Turkey. According to the results obtained from the opinions of experts, the use of mental and emotional strategies, the use of educational strategies, the use of coaching and mentoring strategies, and finally the use of support and service strategies had the greatest weight and importance. After receiving the results, these results were presented as feedback to the experts and teachers who participated in this study to verify the validity of the research and the results. While confirming the results, they described this method and this doctrine (the doctrine of Darbandi master) as very effective and stated that these strategies are comprehensive and all the necessary dimensions have been used for the success of the students in the YOS exam. The doctrine of Darbandi, relying on the experience and background of the researcher in the field of YOS exams and comprehensive emphasis on previous experiences and modeling on many successful examples that have been successful in this test in previous years, as a comprehensive model in the field of testing YOS is offered.
