This research proposes a methodology for agility assessment and comparison of three textile manufacturing companies. Although Agile Manufacturing (AM) and agility assessment have been enormously practiced in previous literature, their integration with Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) approaches is less examined. In addition, agility assessment of textile manufacturing companies is less investigated in previous literature. To fill the gap ofprevious literature, this study is organized in three integrated phases as follows. Initially, a comprehensive literature review is completed to find different agility assessment criteria. Similar to other benchmarking studies, as there are numerous criteria, it is critical to find fit and applicable agility assessment criteria. Therefore, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to finalize agility assessment criteria in the second phase. Finally, the third phaseapplies a Fuzzy-AHP (FAHP) to compare the agility of three textile manufacturing companies. According to the obtained results, competency, responsiveness, employee training and speed are four main criteria of agility assessment, respectively. In addition, according to agility assessment results, anonymous company of C is ranked first which is followed by B and A, respectively. Finally, summary, conclusion and future research directions are provided at theend of this study
