چکیده مقاله:

Plant food production, in addition to consuming large amounts of water, occupies large areas of land. Therefore, it can not guarantee food security after the ۲۱st century. Industrial agriculture is destructive to the environment, causing climate change and endangering public health. Single-celled protein (SCP) is a substitute for minimal carbon, water and land traces. H۲-based autotrophy method is used to produce single cell protein. This technology is generally described as gas repair. Hydrogen production is done by electrolysis method. Due to the clean and stable nature of renewable energy, we will perform electrolysis technology with the help of solar cells. In this article, first the production of required hydrogen with Homer software is examined and then the production method of single cell protein is studied.
