چکیده

In this article what is surveyed as dam building, with emphasis on social dimensions and renewed habitation case and existing relocations, that all experts agree we mustpay more attention to social and cultural dimensions of great developing designs, specially dam building, also what we notify in this article implicitly is that there is avast neglect of developing dam building designs especially in primary stages, toward dams social dimensions . Gradually, although still this matter has not find its realposition, but finds a better position and importance than before. For this reason thereis an emphasize that we must consider social dimensions and renewed habitation matter and dam's social and cultural diplomacy ,in beginning stages of dam's primarystudies. Practically some portion of success evaluation criteria as of every civil design are its negative and positive results on people life so in a great dam buildingdesign we cannot ignore one hundred humans' life who are impressed directly and indirectly, even we cannot regard it unimportant or marginal
