Safe behavior is a critical component of accident prevention (۱). It is estimated that ۸۵ percent of accidents are caused by unsafe behaviours (UBs) (۲, ۳), so this study aims to identify the factors affecting safe behavior that can enhance the occurrence of this behavior among employees and reduce both financial and human harm. This review study was conducted on the reputable medical databases of Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar and searched for the keywords "safe behavior" and "risk factors." Then ۱۱ articles that met the inclusion criteria were evaluated.
