Sand and dust storms (SDS) happen if they are not controlled strong or turbulent winds are combined with loose floors dry surfaces. These conditions are common in semi-arid and arid areas. Storms happen relatively close to the ground, but thinner Dust particles can be lifted for miles Atmosphere where strong winds bring it long distances, even on all continents. Due to the increase in the prices of oil and its derivatives in the world market and the use of this resource, the cost of producing a layer of fat has increased. To do this, he used available and cheap materials that were originally used in the country. Among the various compositions of polymers, they seem to be a good choice due to their special structures. If these polymers have a natural source (biopolymer), it is clear that the damage to the environment will be greatly reduced in every way. In this study, we used starch and xanthan biopolymers along with bitumen to make a bio-mulch that is completely environmentally friendly. As one of the response level methods was used to achieve the best percentage composition of these materials. The optimal point and the best combination introduced from the software include ۱.۲۵ grams of starch; ۰.۰۲ grams of xanthan; ۳.۶ grams of natural bitumen with ۱۸% ash; It was ۱.۵ g of calcium chloride and ۴۰ ml of pure water.
