چکیده مقاله:
In an extension and renovation proposal of a hospital to respond to its growing need for more hospital beds adding a new high-rise building was decided. Since the literature review revealed that daylight is helpful for patient recovery and would reduce the patient's length of stay, the next challenge was to find the best orientation for the building to use maximum daylight in this triangle shape tower. For this purpose, a Computer- Aided Design with a specific workflow was made ready in the Grasshopper plugin of the Rhino ۳D. This workflow combines the Ladybug plugin and the specific composition of some functions. This proposed workflow enables the architecture to find the best orientation for any building shape in any given climate
