خلاصه مقاله:
Diamond -like carbo n (DLC) is an amorphous carbon m aterial made of random networks of sp۳ and sp۲ hybrid b onds. DLC material wit h high sp۳ c ontent has similar properties as single crystal or polycrystalline diamond in that they are har d, electrically insulating , chemica-lly inert, ve ry good heat conductors, that they show high electron an d hole mobi lity, negati ve electron affinity, high breakdown field, lig ht weight, large band ga ps (>> ۲ eV ), and a hig h index of refraction ( n >> ۲).The aim of this research is to present e xperimental results on t he synthesis of DLC and B۴C, nan ostructure, chemical composition , deposition rate using hot filament chemical vapour deposition (HFCVD) and to discuss the in fluence of boron content on the surface morph ology,crystallo- graphic structure of the deposited films[۱- ۲].
