خلاصه مقاله:
Biose nsors show bio-molecul ar interactions at any tim e. In biosen sors a comp osition is u sually fixed on the biosensor chipset and the oth er one perf orms the act of identification [۱]. B esides medical fields, the applicatio ns of biose nsors are i n other fields including bio-techno logy,physic s, chemistry , foods safety and bio-environment control [۲].In this paper a biosensor was mad e based o n Aunano/C PE electrod e(colloidal gold nanoparticles/carbon past ele ctrode) that it was made with composition of ۱۰۰mgcarbon graphite powder, ۳۰۰ȝl colloidal gold nanoparticles and ۳۶ȝl p araffin oil.The biosensor was prepared by putting Aunano/CPE electrode in a semi-permeable membrane containing ۱۰mg glucos e oxidase enzyme and ۱ml phosph ate buffer. T he biosenso r amperom etric was done by applying ۰.۷V co nstant potentialand putting it on glucose Solution in (۰ .۰۵-۱)mM range concentration.Experiment des ign was pe rformed by using Taguchi method based on both factors of glucose concentration and pho sphate buffer pH and o ptimum valu es were obtained as ۱mM and ۶, res pectively.
