چکیده مقاله:

Among all oxides, the nanoscale NiO has been widely used in ca talysis, battery cathodes, gas sensor, and magn etic materi als [۱, ۲]. In this work we were used of sol- gel method for prepared NiO wit h crystalline walls by the utilization of citric acid (CA) and NaOH base . The prope rties of the final products strongly d epend on the metal precursors.Mate rials and m ethods:In the first synthesis, ۳.۵۲ g (Ni (NO۳)۲.۶ H۲O) and ۳ .۱۶ g CA w ere dissolv ed in dilute water separately. Then the nickel so lution was added to an other until PH approached ۱. After ۱۲۰ h stirring, the obtai ned highly v iscous resi dual was dried at ۱۰۰°C . CA is used as a ligan d. Its struct ure prevent s the close contact of individual particles. In the secon d synthesis , (Ni (NO۳)۲.۶H۲O) was dissolved in dilute w ater to for m solution ۰ .۷ M. The n solution of ۲M NaOH and amoun t of PEG was added sl owly drop w ise, under s tirring into the solution until PH approached ۸. The obtained green pre cipitate wa s rinsed wit h dilute wat er until PH was ۷ and dried at ۱۰۰°C . The final product of both synthesis was annealed at ۳۰۰ and ۷۰۰°C.
