Nanop article research is curr ently an are a of great sc ientific interest due to a wide vari ety of applications in m edical field s (۱). Biological char acterization of nano-siz ed material will change with their scales because in nano-scale they could trans mitted over biological barrier such a s skin ,brain vessel ba rrier and placenta (۲,۳,۴) . Despite an increasing application of copper nanoparticles, there is a serious lack of inform ation conce rning their impact on human health and the env ironmen (۵).The aim of this study was to inve stigate the t oxicity effects of nano- copper oxid e particles on mouse lim b buds in order to evaluate the effe cts of nano -sized copper oxide particles (۲۵nm) on mouse forelimb development .
