خلاصه مقاله:
Titania is one of the best materials as ph otocatalyst for electrica l and optic al properties , low cost, h igh photocatalytic activity, chemica l stability, n on toxic [۱].Photochemical re actions result from the a bsorbance o f light by t he starting reagent conditions for a successful co urse of the photoreactio ns are:۱) There is good matchin g between th e emission of the light source and the absorption by the re agent ۲) Nothing interferes with the photons before they reach the ta rget molecu lar ۳) Nothing in terferes with the electronically excited states a nd quench them before they react [۲,۳]. Mate rial and methods: Different materials were used for preparing mention ed nanopart icles. TTIP [Ti [OCH(C H۳)۴] (Merck, >۹۸%), lacial Acetic Acid (M erck, >۹۹.۸ %), Ammonium metavanadate (NH ۴VO۳, Merck ), Indium chloride (InC l۳, Merck) and dionize d water was produced by a Smart-۲-Pure type. In this work , first we synthesized the TiO۲ nanoparticles by sol-gel and hydrothermal methods. The pho tocatalyst was characte rized by FT -IR, SEM, TEM, DRS, EDX and XRD analysis. After thi s, different percents (۰.۰۵-۲) of In-V co-dope d TiO۲ catalyst was prepared by ph otochemical reduction m ethod by using UV light.
