چکیده مقاله:

L-Cysteine [(R)-۲-amino-۳-mercaptopropanoic acid] is an impor tant amino acid owing to its crucial roles in biological systems. For example, it can be used as a pros pective radiation protector and can cer indicat or, and its deficiency i s associate d with a nu mber of clinical situations such as liver damage, skin lesio ns, slowed growth, and AIDS [۱] The amino a cid L-cysteine participates in a com plex series of metabolic reactions and is inco rporated in most proteins and gluta thione. It is also a prec ursor of coenzyme A a nd can easily be oxidiz ed to cystine; however, the intercellular cysteine/cystine ratio is very high [۲].Mate rials and Methods Multi wall carbon nanotubes with purity ۹۵% (۱۰–۲ ۰ nm diameters) and ۱μm length were obtained appropriate amount Nanolab (B righton, MA ). Sodium h ydroxide, ammonia, et hanol, K۲CO۳, DMSO, D MF, sodiu m acetate, et hanolamine, chloroform and hydrochloric acid were purch ased from Fluka. All ot her chemicals were of analytical-re agent grade and used without further purification. Double distilled water was used thoroughly. All experiments were carried out at ambient tem perature. Electrochemi cal experime nts were performed via using an Au tolab modular electrochemical system (Eco Chem. Utrecht, The Nethe rlands) equipped with PSTA ۲۰ model and driven by GPES software ( Eco Chem.)
