چکیده مقاله:

In the ۱۹th century, various options for t he surgical management of peripheral nerve injuries were under debate , such as stretching the nerve, mobilizing the nerve by join t flexion or bone shortening or bridging the defect with various organic or synthetic materials [۱, ۲]. In the early stages, the development of inflammation followi ng nerve crush or transaction is very important for the further nerv e regeneration. there is significant scope for i mprovement with materials. Speci fically, the requireme nt to balance suitable mechanical prop erties,bioco mpatibility, and semi-permeability, alongside controlled degradability is preferred in additi on to materials which ca n interact with the body to unlock mechanisms of self-repair and regen eration Biod egradable polymers are widely used in biom edical applications such as tissue engineering and guided tissue reg eneration [۳]. Bio glas ses are a class of inorganic biomaterials used in tissue e ngineering and regenera tive medicine. One of the most po pular bioactive glasses has the Si O۲–P۲O۵–C aO (۶۴%SiO۲, ۵%P۲O ۵, and ۳۱ %CaO), and it is know n as ۴۵S۵ Bioglass. Gelatine is a na tural polymer similar t o collagen. I t is often u sed to produce drug carriers, wound dressing m aterials and conduit for tissue engineering [۴,۵].
