چکیده مقاله:

Different spinel ferrite comp ounds can b e prepared by almost a ll the existi ng techniqu es of solid state chemistry. Nowadays a considerable attention is attracted t o applications of nanoparticles, which leads to the development of different c hemical synthesis tech nique, which common feature- all r eagents are mixed in atomic or m olecular le vel [۱]. Different methods can be used to prepare such as ferrites, Co- precipitation, mechanical milling, re verse micelle, Hydrothermal, precursor, sol-g el and sol-gel combustion. Vari ous typical have drawbacks. For e xample in a result of reaction one could obtain products w ith wide pa rticle size distribution or obtained ferrite c ompounds could be low crystallinity and high inhomogeneity. The influence of pH values from ۲ to ۷ in preparation and controlling of Zn spinel ferrite nanocrystallites size by sol-g el auto combustion method with th e aid of ultra sonic irradia tion have b een investigated. The results show ed that, the starting pH could have an important effect on size and s hape of nan oparticles. Sol–gel auto combusti on synthesis is an easy a nd convenient method for the prep aration of a variety of advanced c eramics, catalysts and na nomaterials.
