چکیده

The development of a wide of superparamagnetic magnetite na noparticles has shown great promise for vari ous biomedical and biotechnological applications, for e xample ma gnetic resona nce imagin g contrast enhancement, hyperthermia, drug delivery, bioseparatio n. A numb er of preparation methods for MNPs have been de veloped, su ch as chemical copre cipitation, microemulsion, thermal decompositio n, electroch emistry and sol-gel methods. Bovine serum al bumin (BSA ) has been one of the most extensively stud ied proteins and huma n serum alb umin (HSA) is the mos t abundant p rotein in blood plasma and it is als o the principal factor contributing t o the colloid osmotic pr essure of the blood[۱,۲].
