خلاصه مقاله:
The nov el bi functio nal nanomaterials that e xhibit magn etic-optical properties are good candidat es for ”bioas says” through harnessin g of the optical properties as ”markers” and magnetic properties as “vehicles”.Nano sized Fe۳O۴ (as magnetite) , is an important membe r of spinel type ferrite , and has been widely u sed in tissu e imaging ,drug delivery and information storage.Zno is an important wide ban d gap ۲-۶ se miconductor, which has a wide an d direct ban d gap of ۳.۳۷ eV at room temperatur e with large exciton binding energy of ۶۰ Me V and has great potentiality for being used in preparing gas sensors, chemical absorbe nt, catalyst for photocatalytic degra dation, electrical and optical devices . The result Nano co mposites not only have the magnetism of Fe۳O۴ nanoparticles that make the Nano co mposites easily contro lled by an external m agnetic field but also have the good photocatalytic of zno nanoparticl es.
