Using the ultrasound in elect rochemical processes is called sonoelectrochemistry. In the last decade, the sonoelectroche mical synt hesis of i organic m aterials h as experie nced an importa nt development motiv ated by th e emerging interest in the nanostructures pr oduction [۱]. In a sonoelectrochemical process, two clean energies (e lectrical a nd mechanical) are introduced into th e reaction system to provide a hig h-energy m icroenvironment to p erform a range of chemical reactions [۲ –۴]. Sonoelectrochemistry, ultrasound with electrochem istry, is the rupture and formation of transient cavitations bubbles gives a large number of tiny regions of ultra hi gh pressure and temper ature which are known as hot spo t. This ma y lead to a numb er of alterations in th e electroch emical reaction kinetics and pro ducts form ed. The rupture of bubbl e in the electrolyte/homogeneo us medium produces forces, a general improvement of hydrodyna mics and m ovement of species. Another attractive effect of ultraso und, cleav age of wa ter molecules or organic additives helps in the forming intermediate redu cing radicals. This behavior of s onoelectro chemistry finds of its way in arrested electroformation of nanocompos ites, complex alloys [ ۵]. Ultrasou nd was also shown to affec t metal electrodeposition with b enefit to the quality of the deposit, its adhe sion and morpho logy, and also the diminution of brighteners and othe r additives, such as the toxic molecule thiourea, that needed in the silent systems [۶]. The main objecti ves of this work are synthesis of PPy and PPy-SiC deposits th rough sono electroche mical route and its com parison their different properties.
