The formation of complex species of dioxouranium(VI) ion with isoleucine were studied in aqueous solution in the pH range of ۱.۰-۳.۶ at ۲۵°C and constant ionic strength ۰.۱ mol dm-۳ NaClO۴ using a combination of potentiometric and spectrophotometric techniques. Results showed evidence for formation of the following species: UO۲HL۲+ and UO۲(HL)۲۲+.
