Cyclophosphamides and stru cturally related analogues were studied in different areas of chemistry: urease inhibitors, ashless antioxidant, antirust and antiwear additiv es for lubri cating oiland anticancer drugs. One class of the most important derivatives of cyclo phosphami de are ۱,۳,۲-diazaphosph olane ring systems that are playin g a key role in cancer chemotherap y [۱-۳].The knowledge of the conformational p roperties of cyclophosphamides sh ould be bene ficial to a d etailed understanding of the pharma cological eff ects of thes e compounds
