Quini zarin( ۱,۴ – dihydroxy – ۹,۱۰ – an thraquinon e ) , one of the anthraq uinonedihydroxy derivatives, is the simplest molecule sho wing the chromophore framework peculiar to s everal comp ounds ofbiological and pharmace utical intere st.This co mpound is present in some antitu mor drugs a s doxorubicin, daunorubicin, and adriamycinSince Quinizarin exhibit two intramolec ular hydro gen bond due to the resonance-assisted effect, it can be investigated by vibrational spectroscopy[۱-۴].کلیدواژه ها
