خلاصه مقاله:
The use of chemi cals to treat cancer in m an began so metime around the end of World War II when it was fou d that nitr ogen mustar d and its derivatives h ad antitum or properties [۱]. Nitrog en mustards, Cl–CH۲–CH۲–N(R )–CH۲–CH ۲–Cl, the oldest class of synthetic comp ounds show n to possess anticancer activity in man, have been used fo r the treatm ent of Hodg kin’s diseas e, non-Hodg kin’s lymphoma, leuke mia, and m ultiple myeloma [۲]. N eural networks and sens itivity analy sis are versatile methods for a variety of tasks including analysis of stru ctural chemical data an d finding relation between them [۳].
