چکیده مقاله:

This paper presents a mixed integer model of unrelated parallel machine scheduling that simultaneously minimizes sum of earliness and tardiness cost, bi-stage quality cost, repair cost, and total cost of jobs processed on machines. The proposed model considers reliability-based maintenance system, multistage quality cost, and start time dependent deteriorating effect. By quality cost, it is meant that if machines work in undesirable conditions, their quality is reduced and subsequently it leads to an increase in quality cost. Moreover, in start time dependent deteriorating effect, job processing time follows a simple linear deterioration and processing time of each job is a function of the start time. The problem is optimally solved by an integer linear programming method. Randomly generated instances are used on computational experiments to show the model effectiveness.
