چکیده
The interaction of the ۴-cyclopropyl-۷,۷-dimethyl-۲-phenyl-۱,۲,۴,۷,۸,۹-hexahydro-۳H-pyrazolo[۳,۴-b]quinolone-۳,۵(۶H)-dione with S-mutan bacteria was investigated. The docking data confirmed that ۴-cyclopropyl-۷,۷-dimethyl-۲-phenyl-۱,۲,۴,۷,۸,۹-hexahydro-۳H-pyrazolo[۳,۴-b]quinolone-۳,۵(۶H)-dione has antibacterial behavior and forms strong bond contacts with S- mutan bacteria. The docking energy for S- mutan @ ۴-cyclopropyl-۷,۷-dimethyl-۲-phenyl-۱,۲,۴,۷,۸,۹-hexahydro-۳H-pyrazolo[۳,۴-b]quinolone-۳,۵(۶H)-dione was calculated ۸.۷۷ kcal/mol. Drug data was obtained for ۴-cyclopropyl-۷,۷-dimethyl-۲-phenyl-۱,۲,۴,۷,۸,۹-hexahydro-۳H-pyrazolo[۳,۴-b]quinolone-۳,۵(۶H)-dione.کلیدواژه ها
