Increasing the effectiveness of electronic system in Iranian Land Affairs Organization

The purpose of this paper is determining the effectiveness of electronic system in Iranian Land Affairs Organization. In order to measuring the system effectiveness, system effectiveness, system quality, Information quality and service quality were considered. Research population consists of Tehran province and headquarters offices as well as incumbents of Government Services Counter in Tehran province. ۲۱۷ system users were selected by random classified sampling and questionnaires were distributed among them. The content validity of questionnaire was examined for measuring reliability. Cronbach's alpha method (۰.۷۸۹) was used. The findings show that electronic system (e-government system) has enough effectiveness. Likewise, users of this system were satisfied from three dimensions. Results from pair comparison tests indicated a significant difference between service quality, system and information and desired status. Among electronic system components, system quality has the highest and service quality has the lowest impact.
