چکیده
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is the result of applying the psychological principles of applied behavior analysis and the experimental analysis of behavior to promote worker safety and other benefits. In this study, we drive up to show the factors are influence on job satisfaction and can be effective in an organization and how this job satisfaction can be effective in the productivity and performance of employees. How we can make our employee more effective and empower in an organization, is another case that we are going to discus in this study. After that, we will show the different cases are led to a conflict in an organization and the effective of conflict on employee work’s life. Also we’ll investigate the different ways for solve the problems and conflicts in an organizationکلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
