چکیده

Manufacturing information modeling technology provides a better view of various aspects of the project by providing an integrated model. Provides the possibility of simulating existing processes, time required, and accurate estimation of a near-reality mental project for project stakeholders, especially employers. Other capabilities of this process are identifying possible errors, reducing project interruptions, increasing production line efficiency and increasing safety, improving the final product, reducing equipment maintenance costs and project execution time. This will lead to more prosperity and increase the efficiency of factories. Cost reduction by examining collisions in different parts of the building, including between structure and architecture and facilities, is one of the main applications of construction information modeling, which can provide up to ۳۵% cost reduction for the project during construction. Reducing project time, which is one of the main reasons for reviewing pre-construction problems, which is taken by checking the collisions so that the execution plans are executed correctly and the work is not kept at the execution time. In this case study, as a case study, we examine the applications of construction information modeling when constructing a project based on reality as well as studies performed by others. I also mention the applications of post-construction information modeling and discuss how this technology helps reduce time and cost in the project and increases project quality.
