چکیده مقاله:
This paper deals with the robust H∞ control design for active suspension systems with uncertain parameters.The mass variation for the vehicle's body is assumed as an uncertain time-variant but within a known constant bound.By properly formulating the sprung mass acceleration, suspension deflection, and the Tyre deflection as theoptimization object, a state-feedback H∞ controller has been designed in terms of the feasibility of linear matrixinequalities. A quarter-car model for active suspension has been considered, and the proposed controller has beenevaluated and confirmed by simulation in MATLAB/Simulink environment. It is approved by the simulation that thedesigned controller can achieve the optimal performance for active suspensions and keeps the closed-loop stabilitydespite the existence of uncertain parameters within the allowable bound.
