PARAMETRIC RELATIONS OBTAINED FROM STRONG-MOTION DATA OF IRAN

Parametric relations obtained from strong-motion accelerograms of all of Iran are analysed for simulation of earthquake ground motion accelerograms. These parameters are related to physical parameters such as magnitude, distance to epicenter, duration and soil type via a regression analysis. The modeling procedure is reverse of simulation for a given set of physical parameters
