چکیده مقاله:

زمینه و هدف: اختلال نوشتاری یکی از مهم ترین و شایع ترین اختلال های دوران کودکی است. در سال های اخیر روش های مختلفی برای تشخیص این اختلال به وجود آمده اند که تشخیص از روی عناصر مختلف نقاشی یکی از این روش ها به شمار می رود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه عناصر آزمون ترسیم آدمک در کودکان با و بدون اختلال نوشتاری است. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر علی- مقایسه ای است. ۵۰ دانش آموز دختر با اختلال نوشتاری و ۵۰ نفر بدون اختلال نوشتاری به روش تصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. معیار ورود دانش آموزان به مطالعه بر اساس آزمون های هوش ریون، آزمون تشخیصی املا فلاح چای، و آزمون آدمک صورت گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از مجذور خی دو و تی مستقل نشان داد که بین عناصر نقاشی کودکان با و بدون اختلال نوشتاری تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (p>./۰۵). آدمک کودکان با اختلال نوشتاری نسبت به گروه دیگر، ساده تر، کوچک تر و با جزئیات کمتر ترسیم شده بود و همچنین عدم رعایت تناسب، تقارن، حذف اجزای بدن آدمک و کیفیت کلی ضعیف، بسیار مشهود بود. نتیجه گیری: وجود تفاوت میان سطوح عناصر آزمون ترسیم آدمک در کودکان با و بدون اختلال نوشتاری، بدین معنی است که عناصری در ترسیم آدمک وجود دارند که می توان به واسطه آن ها به تشخیص کودکان با این اختلال نزدیک شد.
