Green quantum dots, pure (AgInS۲) and doped by Cu, were synthesized by hot injection method. TEM image confirmed successfully growth of quantum dots. Furthermore, synthesized quantum dots were analyzed by spectrophotometer and flourometer to evaluate absorbance and flourescenc. Solar cell sensitized by these quantum dots were fabricated and characterized. Device parameteres show that band allignment of the device was successful and also Cu-doping causes improvement in device parameters
