چکیده مقاله:

The TMDs are materials which prominent as ۲D semiconductor materials and their noticeable electrical, optical and mechanical properties. One of the famous members of TMDs is MoS۲ which has different properties in bulk and monolayer states because of its special band gap in these two phases. In this paper we exfoliate MoSR۲R powder by electrochemical exfoliation method. Then obtained product checked out in optical terms such as photoluminescence (PL) and UV-Visible. We use field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) for detecting the surface morphology of synthesised MoSR۲R. Finally, we come to this conclusion that MoSR۲R nanosheets can be obtained from bulk by electrochemical exfoliation method
