چکیده

is one of the deadliest deadly diseases in the world with an incidence of ۴۱۰ million deaths per year. Radiation therapy and chemotherapy are now the way to treat cancer, which usually causes healthy cells to be weakened and destroyed along with the cancer cells. Therefore, researchers are looking for treatments that can better identify and kill cancer cells. Many treatment strategies and diagnostic methods have been explored in recent years. Meanwhile, nanotechnology technology has been very useful in the strategy of more accurate and faster detection of primary tumors and metastases, and has caused cancer cells to be destroyed more accurately. Over the past years, many features Various nanoparticles have been studied and extensive scientific research has been done on their potential use as diagnostic and therapeutic agents. Despite the efforts of scientists as potential diagnostic agents, only one formulation of diagnostic nanoparticles, iron oxide nanoparticles, has so far found its way into clinical practice. Difficulty in achieving appropriate pharmacokinetic properties, synthesis of nanoparticles that in addition to improving pharmacokinetics have specific properties on the target cell and active targeting strategies are among the goals of researchers. In addition, there are concerns about the biodegradability and proper formulation of nanomedicines in terms of immunogenicity. On the other hand, based on the ability to integrate the diagnostic and therapeutic properties in a nanoparticle formulation, nanoparticles are very promising for theoretical purposes and are considered very useful for personalizing nanomedicine-based therapies. Commonly used in clinics, used for therapeutic purposes. These therapeutic nanoparticles are designed with the aim of more effectively delivering a therapeutic (chemical) drug to the pathology site, while preventing its accumulation in healthy organs and tissues, and mainly based on the permeability effect. Different nanoparticle formulations in both research and clinical applications focus on different chemotherapy drug delivery systems for cancer treatment. The use of various nanoparticles, including liposomes, polymer nanoparticles, dendrimers, magnetic nanoparticles and other minerals for targeted drug delivery in cancer, is fully described.
