چکیده

As more information becomes available, tools for fining information of interest to users become increasingly important. There are some ways to assist the user in finding relevant information. In this paper, we provide the survey techniques by the use of agents to assist the user browsing the World Wide Web. As the user operates a Web Browser, the agent tracks user behavior and attempts to anticipate items of interest. We also, get the help of agents to assist the user in a question answering system.
