چکیده

Background and Purpose; Genital papillomavirus types HPV۶ and HPV۱۱ cause approximately ۹۰% and HPV۱۶ and HPV۱۸ ۷۰% of precancerous lesions and female genital warts are ulcers that lead to abnormal lesions. Immunization of women with cervical cancer reduces mortality in the world. The aim is to identify methods of prevention and vaccination of cervical cancer.method; In the present study, the relevant information was searched from Pub med, Scopus, Google Scholer and Magiran databases. Data analysis was performed qualitatively.findings; The main papillomavirus capsid protein, L۱, four types of HPV (۶, ۱۱, ۱۶ and ۱۸) were used to form virus-like particles (VLP) to produce this quadruple vaccine. When the capsid protein is expressed in eukaryotic cells using the recombinant DNA technique, the L۱ capsid protein is self-assembled into particles that act like viruses. These particles, along with an excipient, have been proven to be used as a vaccine.Conclusion; The vaccine prevents HPV۱۶ and HPV۱۸-induced cervical cancer, as well as precancerous lesions and warts caused by HPV۶, HPV۱۱, HPV۱۶, and HPV۱۸ in clinical trials. The ideal time is to get a pre-infection vaccine. Approved in girls aged ۹ to ۲۶ years
