The purpose of current study is to explore the effects of trust on perceived risk, willingness to adopt electronic banking, attitudes towards e-services, and consequently, actual usage of electronic banking services. The literatures of trust in electronic banking were reviewed, with a focus on e-services usage. The casual relationships among the variables of research were tested through structural equation modeling. A sample of ۲۵۰ customers of electronic banking services was selected by a simple random sampling plan. Results indicated that trust towards electronic banking services has a significant influence on perceived risk, attitude towards e-services, and willing to adopt e-services. Further, the findings revealed that perceived risk, attitude towards e-services, and willing to adopt e-services affect positively actual usage of e-services in banking industry.
