چکیده مقاله:

This paper reviews brain-inspired architectures that perform computational tasks through communication pulses between large networks of neurons powered by synapses between each neuron and local storage memory. In addition, since synapses are connected to activate such a brain chip, neuromorphic architecture combined with CMOS pulse neurons and stable nanoscale synapses, so we survey IFN and memristors.
