چکیده مقاله:

Aluminum is one of the most abundant metals on earth, which can cause oxidative damage if it enters the body. This study pH-sensitive nanosystem on the prevention of oxidative induced with stress aluminum chloride. For this purpose, ۳۶ male Wistar rats in the weight range of ۲۰۰ to ۲۵۰ g were randomly divided into ۶ groups, and treatments were performed. At the end of the treatment period, blood samples were taken from aimed to compare the effect of catechins and catechin loaded the mice, and serum was isolated. Then the level of total antioxidants was measured by the FRAP method and the rate of lipid peroxidation was measured by measuring the level of malondialdehyde. The level of total antioxidants in the control, catechin, aluminum chloride, catechin nanosystem, aluminum chloride plus Nanosystems and aluminum chloride plus catechin groups were ۸۰۰.۱۳±۷۴.۱۹, ۷۰۳.۴۶± ۷۹.۲۸, ۴۷۳.۸۰± ۲۲.۲۹, ۶۹۹.۱۳± ۹۹.۱۵, ۵۹۵.۸۰±۵۳.۳۴ and ۵۷۸.۱۳ ±۸۴.۷۰, respectively. Malondialdehyde level in control, catechin, aluminum chloride, catechin nanosystem, aluminum chloride plus catechin Nanosystem and aluminum chloride plus catechin groups were ۱.۹۰ ±۰.۱۶, ۱.۹۶±۰.۲۸, ۴.۳۷±۰.۳۳, ۱.۹۰±۰.۲۲, ۲.۳۸ ±۰.۵۵ and ۲.۲۸±۰.۴۲, respectively. According to these results, total antioxidants in the group treated with aluminum chloride showed a significant decrease compared to the control group. Malondialdehyde level in aluminum chloride treated group showed a significant increase compared to the control group, while the use of catechin or catechin nanosystem prevents the rise of malondialdehyde level. According to our study, it can be inferred that pH-sensitive nanosystem was effectively released catechin in the intestine and caused efficient antioxidant effects compared with catechin.
