چکیده
Graphene is a two-dimensional structure of a single layer of carbon honeycomb network. Graphene has become a unique material due to its excellent properties in electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, high density and mobility of load carriers, optical conductivity and mechanical properties. Due to these extraordinary properties, this new solid-state system is considered as a very good candidate to replace silicon in the next generation of photonic and electronic components, and therefore has attracted little history in basic and applied research. In this article, an overview of the graphene supernatant will be presented, as well as how to produce this two-dimensional material. COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
