چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aim : Lipase is an enzyme that is able to hydrolyze esters and break down triglycerides into glycerol and fatty acids, and this enzyme is very important in organic chemistry and industry. Aspergillus niger is one of the microorganisms that produce this enzyme. In this study, screening of suspected Aspergillus niger species grown on soybean oil seeds was performed to determine lipase activityMethods : Pure culture was prepared from the fungus to be used for molecular detection of ۱۸srRNA. Aspergillus niger species were compared in terms of lipase activity using colorimetric method at ۴۱۰ nm and with nitrofenyl palmitate substrate. Results : -Conclusion : From ۱۰۰ fungal colonies ۵۰ colonies belonged to Aspergillus and ۵ colonies suspected to be Aspergillus niger, which were identified after molecular analysis of Aspergillus niger. And these ۵ colonies also showed acceptable lipase activity.
