چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : The presence of resistance layers of bacteria against different types of antibiotics, due to some of the support genes, which can survive through plasmid to other bacteria in a hospital environment, can be problematic for general health of patients. Recognizing the prevalence of these genes is important and the aim of this study was to identify the genes of antibiotic resistance in the clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae producing IMP۱ β-lactamaseMethods : In this study, ۱۰۰ samples of carbapenem isolated from patients of Shohada and Shahid Rahimi hospitals in Khorramabad were identified using standard biochemical methods and were used to determine the phenotypic ESBLs. In the Antibiogram method, the antibiotic resistance of isolates was determined and the prevalence of IMP-۱ gene was determined by PCR methodResults : In this research, a total of ۷۳ isolates (۷۳%) Were ESBLs and ۲۷ isolates (۲۷%) Were non-ESBL. Of these ۲۲ samples had IMP۱ genesConclusion : The results showed high antibiotic resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. Given that there was IMP۱ in a large number of resistant samples, the use of conventional antibiotics could not help reduce the infectious effects of Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria and further studies are needed in this area
