خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper introduces a new diffusion based methods for image denoising in which one new neighbouring structure is used. This structure is aimed to consider the gradual nature of edges, which are preserved in the diffusion based methods. Different experiments with different conditions were done to evaluate the methods. For reasonable evaluation and comparison, the method is compared using different performance measures such as FOM and MSE; the results express the considerable superiority of the proposed method.
