چکیده

This study has been done to measure deployment status of knowledge management in Persian Gulf science and technology park of Bushehr. In this regard, using previous research experiences and opinions of the experts, the model was developed and the relationships between knowledge management dimensions and components were drawn. In the designed model, research components include perspective, senior management, culture, communication, learning, information inventory, knowledge access, knowledge transfer, commercialization, knowledge creation, external knowledge, intellectual capital, information technology and rewards are considered as obvious variables that in order to explain the latent variables include knowledge management strategy, knowledge management process, knowledge management infrastructure and knowledge management function are used. Also, knowledge management strategy is considered as an independent variable, infrastructure and knowledge management processes are considered as an intermediary variable and knowledge management function is considered as a dependent variable. The Statistical Society consisted of all the staffs in the science and technology park and incubators and all employees of technology units in this complex. By statistical software include SPSS and PLS reliability, validity and quality of the model were checked and hypotheses were tested. The results show that knowledge management state in Persian Gulf science and technology park has limited potential and knowledge management strategy is not related with its functions and adequate infrastructure to implement knowledge management processes is not provided. But there are the relationships between strategy-process, strategy-infrastructure, infrastructure-function and process-function.
